This will check that your application is complete, enter your details in the ICFR Membership system as an application, notify the
ICFR Membership Secretary of your application and then confirm details of how to pay your subscription on the next page.

The initial subscription payable with your application is £21.00 for the current year. The subsequent annual subscription is £16.00.

Our News & Views magazine is published online and can be downloaded from the ICFR website.
UK based members can opt to receive printed copies of News & Views by post upon payment of an additional subscription
(currently £13.00)) to cover the cost. They can also request a printed copy of the ICFR Handbook by post
upon payment of an additional subscription (currently £4.50)) to cover the cost.

Unfortunately it is not practical to post printed copies to International members.

Privacy Notice
The International Caravanning Fellowship of Rotarians (ICFR) can be contacted by post addressed to the Membership Secretary, whose address is shown on the ICFR website (https://icfrrotarianscaravanning.com). ICFR has a legitimate interest in using the personal data you give to ICFR on this form for communicating with you on matters relating to ICFR; to enable the ICFR News and Views magazine and Membership Handbook to be posted to your home address; and to set up the banking Direct Debit for the payment of your subscription. Your banking information will not be stored by ICFR, but will be passed to our Direct Debit processor (see below). Your personal detail data will not be transferred to any other person or organisation and will be deleted from ICFR records one year after your membership of ICFR has terminated apart from your Name held for historical research or statistical purposes. You have the right to request from ICFR the rectification of your personal data. If you feel that your personal data has been misused, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.

Collection of Subscriptions
ICFR now uses GoCardless to collect both your initial subscription plus joining fee and future subscriptions, together with any charges for printed copies of ICFR News and Views magazine and Membership Handbook that you request. Once our Membership Secretary has validated your application, you will be sent an email with a link to confirm your subscription options and set up a Direct Debit for your subscription payments. Your payments are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee because GoCardless is well established Direct Debit processor who are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
